1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the RigIQ application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RigReady LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not download, install, or use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The App is not intended for use by minors.
2. Description of App and Services
RigIQ is a mobile application designed to help adult recreational vehicle (RV) owners and operators organize, track, and reference their vehicle's weight specifications, tire pressure data, dimension clearances, and pre-trip safety checklists. The App provides the following services:
- Vehicle Garage: Store and manage RV and tow vehicle profiles including make, model, year, and rated specifications
- Weight Tracking: Record corner and axle weights entered from certified truck scales and compare them against manufacturer-rated limits (GVWR and GAWR)
- Tire Pressure Guidance: Reference and record tire pressure data based on load and tire specifications
- AI Placard Scanner: Use device camera to extract data from RV door placards via AI image recognition (Pro feature)
- Pre-Trip Safety Checklist: Run and record departure checklists with collaborative sync capability (Pro feature)
- PDF Safety Reports: Generate and share formatted pre-trip safety reports (Pro feature)
- Trip History: Record and review past trip weight and safety data
- AI Spec Lookup: Retrieve estimated vehicle specifications via AI query (Pro feature)
RigIQ is an organizational and informational reference tool. It is a guide to help you compile, organize, and review your own RV data. It does not perform physical measurements, certified weighing, or mechanical inspection. All data displayed in the App reflects only what you have entered or what AI services estimate — it is not independently verified.
3. License
RigReady LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from RigReady LLC
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RigIQ is designed solely as an organizational and informational reference tool to help you compile and review RV weight, tire, and safety data that you enter. The App:
- Does not perform or replace certified truck scale weighing
- Does not perform or replace physical mechanical inspection
- Does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated vehicle specifications
- Does not guarantee that placard scan results are complete or error-free
- Does not guarantee that weight and pressure calculations are sufficient to ensure safety
- Does not create a professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship of any kind
All weight ratings, pressure values, and safety thresholds displayed in the App are informational references based solely on data you enter. A "Ready to Roll" or "GO" status means only that the data you entered falls within the limits you configured — it does not certify that your vehicle is mechanically safe to operate.
Always verify all safety-critical data against your RV's door placard and owner's manual. Always weigh your RV at a certified scale before travel. Always consult a certified RV technician, mechanical engineer, or other qualified professional before making safety-critical decisions about your vehicle.
RigReady LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIGREADY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any reliance on data, calculations, or outputs displayed in the App
- Any vehicle accident, injury, or property damage arising from use of the App
- Errors in AI-generated specifications or placard scan results
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
IN NO EVENT SHALL RIGREADY LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RIGREADY LLC FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
6. User Responsibilities and Duties
By using the App, you accept full responsibility for:
- The accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into the App
- Verifying all safety-critical values against your RV's door placard and owner's manual
- Obtaining certified scale readings from a licensed weighing facility before travel
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle weight limits, towing, and road safety
- Your own safety and the safety of all passengers and third parties while operating your vehicle
- Maintaining your vehicle in safe operating condition through proper maintenance and inspection
- Any decisions you make based on data displayed in the App
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security features
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or scrape the App
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Circumvent any access controls or usage restrictions
- Use the App for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial RV safety reference
RigReady LLC is not responsible for any misuse of the App or reliance on App data in violation of these Terms. Misuse of the App, including use in reckless disregard of safety, is solely the responsibility of the user.
8. Subscriptions, Pricing, Cancellations, and Refunds
RigIQ offers the following plans:
- Free: Core features at no cost, with limitations on vehicle profiles and history
- Pro Monthly: Full Pro feature access billed monthly at the then-current price
- Pro Annual: Full Pro feature access billed annually at the then-current price (discounted rate)
- Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access, including all future Pro features
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain Pro access until that date.
Prices are displayed in the App and are subject to change. You will be notified of price changes in advance. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). RigReady LLC does not directly process payments or store payment information.
Refunds: All refund requests are governed by the refund policy of the applicable app store. RigReady LLC does not issue refunds directly. For App Store refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play refunds, visit your Play Store order history.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, source code, content, features, and trademarks, is owned by RigReady LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The RigIQ name and logo are trademarks of RigReady LLC. You may not use RigReady LLC's trademarks without prior written consent.
10. User Content and Limited License
You retain full ownership of all data, photographs, and information you enter or upload into the App ("User Content"), including vehicle photos, placard images, weight entries, and checklist data.
By using the App, you grant RigReady LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features and services to you. This includes:
- Storing your vehicle and trip data in our cloud database (if you create an account)
- Transmitting placard photos to our AI service (Anthropic Claude) for data extraction
- Generating PDF reports from your entered data
- Syncing your data across your devices
We do not use your User Content for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the App's functionality to you. We do not sell, license, or share your User Content with third parties except as required to provide the App's services (e.g., transmitting a placard photo to our AI processor for scanning). Placard photos are not retained after processing.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Geographic Restrictions
The App is intended for use within the United States only. RigReady LLC makes no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
RigReady LLC does not authorize use of the App in any jurisdiction where its use would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law. RV weight ratings, tire standards, and road safety regulations referenced in the App are based on United States standards and may not apply internationally.
12. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RigReady LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any User Content you submit or upload
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any vehicle accident, injury, or property damage arising from your operation of a vehicle
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the App
RigReady LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with RigReady LLC in asserting any available defenses.
13. Breach and Default
These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy constitute a single, unified agreement governing your use of the App. A violation of any provision of either document — whether a term, condition, restriction, or policy — constitutes a material breach of the entire agreement and places you in default. No provision operates in isolation; breach of any part is breach of the whole.
In the event of a breach or default, RigReady LLC may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the App
- Terminate your account
- Pursue any available legal or equitable remedy
Failure by RigReady LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
14. Account Terms
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rigready.app if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach involving your account. RigReady LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
15. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services including Supabase (cloud database), Anthropic Claude (AI features), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Google Maps (trip mapping). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. RigReady LLC is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
16. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license to use the App terminates automatically and without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms. RigReady LLC may also terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact RigReady LLC at legal@rigready.app and provide written notice of your claim, allowing a 30-day period for good-faith resolution.
18. Entire Agreement (Integration Clause)
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy available at myrigiq.app/privacy.html, constitute the entire agreement between you and RigReady LLC with respect to the App. They are to be read and interpreted together as a single, integrated agreement. Each document is incorporated into and made part of the other by reference. A breach of any provision of either document constitutes a breach of the whole. This agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the App. No amendment to these Terms will be binding unless made in writing and posted by RigReady LLC.
19. Changes to Terms
RigReady LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and "Last updated" date above and display a notice within the App requiring your acknowledgment before continued use. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
